These terms and conditions apply to any purchase from this website.
All orders accepted by Pot of What are subject to these terms and conditions of sale which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
1 Order Process
1.1 To place an order simply select the item you would like to purchase and click ‘add to cart’. Once you are ready to place the order and make payment click ‘proceed to checkout’. Complete the billing and shipping information and then click the ‘place order’ button. You will then be taken to the PayPal website where you will be able to pay with a debit card, credit card or PayPal account. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
2.1 In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order from the moment you place it and up to 14 days after you receive it. You then have 14 days in which to return the goods.
2.2 To cancel an order, please inform us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.3 Goods must be returned to us unopened, in their original condition and suitable for resale, in order for a refund to be processed.
2.4 Return postage costs for cancelled and unwanted items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
2.5 No right to cancel exists in the case of an order for the supply of any products made to special order.
3 Availability & Delivery
3.1 In the event that a product is unavailable you will be contacted with the expected delivery date along with the option to cancel your order should you not wish to wait.
3.2 Postage and packaging is charged at a standard charge of £3.00 no matter how much you order.
3.3 We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 days of confirmation of completion of your order. Should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order.
3.4 Whilst we strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to arrive in time due to forces beyond our control, such as carrier error.
3.5 We recycle as much packaging as possible and do not purchase specific cardboard boxes for deliveries.
4 Returns & Refunds
4.1 Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. Damages during carriage must be recorded on the carrier delivery note, otherwise claims are invalidated.
4.2 In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us as at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return and exchange of the item.
5.1 We only use the information we collect about you to process your order.
5.2 We do not pass on the personal details of our customers to third parties except where required to do so by law.
